The Hao Nam Real Estate company office presented INNO with a challenging task: creating an impressive and luxurious office space for 200 employees within a limited budget for a relatively new and rapidly growing real estate brand. The existing office space was a newly invested, attractive gym that had to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Utilizing the existing space, INNO designed a luxurious, elegant, yet cozy office space that truly reflects the prestige of a leading real estate company. Everything is harmoniously arranged, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for clients and employees alike.

Inside the office is a fully open shared workspace, with meeting rooms, executive offices, management offices, and a pantry arranged in separate, partitioned areas. This space is not just a workplace, but also a creative, competitive, and dynamic environment where the spirit of real estate is clearly and authentically displayed.
