Hanoi, July 19, 2025 – INNO Joint Stock Company successfully held the first session in the Cross-Mentoring program series for architecture and interior design students from universities in the Hanoi area at the company headquarters.
The program was implemented through a collaboration between INNO and LIXIL, aiming to create a practical bridge between businesses and students, providing a professional perspective on the working environment and practical experience in the design consulting industry.

Program number 1, themed “Getting acquainted with the practical design process,” as the name suggests, featured Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ngoc – Founder of INNO – explaining and clarifying the actual project operation methods of professional design consulting firms. In particular, Mr. Ngoc clarified the difference between the process based on general knowledge (standard design) and the advanced design process in the current professional construction industry. All content was illustrated with visual information and processes, along with real-world examples from projects that INNO successfully implemented and received high praise from the investor.
In addition to the knowledge sharing session, students also visited the “Unsuccessful Corner” exhibition and experienced the workspace at INNO headquarters, thereby gaining a better understanding of the professional environment as well as the philosophy and cultural values that the company pursues. From its inception, INNO has aimed to be a supportive environment, helping young people start and succeed in the field of design consulting alongside the company. With this vision, INNO hopes to have even more students participate in upcoming Cross-Mentoring programs, helping young people gain a realistic, objective, and accurate perspective on the profession they are pursuing.
